Role & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for building a scalable go-to-market strategy, increasing overall product awareness, and driving lead gen efforts to increase pipeline and revenue growth for the Life Sciences marketBecome a Subject Matter Expert on Prospection’s solutions contributing to the overall growth of business objectives
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on Prospection’s solutions contributing to the overall growth of business objectives
  • Translating the organization’s vision and growth strategy into a long-range plan to build a successful Marketing team with scalable capabilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage the marketing strategy including content development, and campaign execution through a variety of channels
  • Partner effectively, particularly with the CEO, Commercial, and Sales leaders, to achieve both revenue and market share growth targets
  • Define & lead strategy for launching new products and services to market while collaborating with across organization on execution & approach
  • Develop compelling product messaging, value proposition and storyline that differentiates Prospection’s products from competitor offerings; contribute to thought leadership efforts
  • Collaborate across departments to shape and enhance messaging and value definition throughout various marketing and communication channels
  • Liaise cross functionally to leverage additional resources to achieve commercial success (e.g., Conferences/ events, web presence, digital demand generation, design & brand)
  • Creating and handling the Marketing budget; including the development of business cases to support investments that will ensure the ongoing maturation of the people, processes, and technologies needed
  • Act as a critical thought leader, bringing new ideas to the team while remaining customer-focused
  • Demonstrate and encourage Prospection’s core values
Professional Qualifications
  • 15+ years with hands-on experience in strategic marketing; including partnering directly with c-suite executives across all functional areas
  • Proven leadership experience within commercial success building teams in developing B2B marketing strategy; Ideally directly to pharmaceutical customers including, commercial, pre-commercial, or R&D
  • Deep knowledge of the Life Sciences market, including brand marketing, commercial analytics, HEOR/RWE, Sales Effectiveness and HCP engagement
  • Build a Marketing function/team from the ground up (people, process, technology). Delivers near-term wins while driving progress toward a long-range vision
  • Leading Go-To-Market strategy; Demonstrated success positioning a platform of technical products and services including pricing and go-to-market marketing;
  • A proven track record leading and scaling a business with a strong focus on full-funnel digital marketing (customer acquisition, retention, CRM, and marketing automation)
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to lead the strategic part in parallel to acting as a hands-on key person
  • An owner with the ability to influence and lead a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders with great communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree is required, advanced degrees preferred
