Role & Responsibilities

The company is adding their first SVP, People who will quickly become a critical player driving culture and people experience initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving global human capital management strategy and creating cohesiveness across their growing number of markets and employee bases. Further responsibilities include:
  • Shape, influence and lead an evolving people function at a fast-growing global company
  • Develop and implement a people strategy aligned to the organization’s culture and strategic growth objectives
  • Oversee all training and development initiatives. Provide high-level direction and support in the development, maintenance, and continuous evolution of employee development programs
  • Create and implement workforce talent management strategies to include workforce planning, talent management and development, total rewards, DEI, and learning
  • Build a career defining employer brand to attract, engage, and retain a curious, collaborative, and confident global workforce
Professional Qualifications
  • Experience in early-stage organizations experiencing explosive growth (doubling or tripling in size each year)
  • Ability to build strong rapport quickly and maintain productive relationships
  • Ability to build trusted partnerships at all levels in an organization
  • Ability to work well with, and provide leadership to, a variety of personalities and work styles
  • Must be able to consistently apply a high attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate standards and hold others accountable for achievement
  • Stellar analytical and time-management skills
  • Strong grasp of US employment law required; EMEA employment laws preferred
  • Experience with a variety of HRIS and ATS solutions; ability to quickly learn new technologies
